| While the week isn't over, I do consider Mon-Fri my task to listening to just jpop and I did rather well. I have ridiculous fond memories of Hello!Project and B'z and yet I CRINGE at both as I listened to it at work. Danceman (it was danceman, right? I can't recall) seems so unnecessary these days and Inaba just sounds so dated. DATED. Glay and SMAP bring so much nostalgia I don't think I'll ever stop listening to them. I think I'll be 64, in a Nursing home with my cds and I'll be rocking out SMAP and Green Day.. I ended up staying up faaaaaaaaar to late on Wednesday night listening to seven SMAP albums. Jesus. I was a zombie at work on Thursday. Some stuff just doesn't seem as COOL as I recall, mostly Koda Kumi and Namie Amuro come to mind. The two's r&b/hip hop stuff is so crude. But their pop is TOP NOTCH. Koda Kumi's early stuff is so much fun. Those five days were long and I made a bit of mess in my room digging for cds and singles to rip for my ipod. So Space Cowboy did some great stuff with Lady Gaga, so after looking around for his solo stuff I have come across this song called ' Devastated' and it's basically POP ATE MY HEART. OMGOSH! Pop ate my heart is an actual song, asdfghjkl! While I don't approve of recycling her old beats for his new stuff. It's GOOD. There is an interesting Bad Romance remix floating around that someone thankfully ripped off youtube. I love listening to it, gives me an excuse to listen to more Gaga. Here is a remix of Paparazzi that I'm feeling at the moment, nothing special just another remix out of 23453453453's out there. I really want to update my journal layout but so many layouts out there don't have the tags sidebar or custome headers. Anyone have any good places to share? I really need to update my userinfo, it's seems so dated and blah. | |

| Britney Spears: Megamix 2009 (DJ Max Oliveira Pop Mix) Someone actually took most of Britney's GOOD music (i.e Blackout-era) and mixed them with the Circus stuff. So good, I listen to this all the time when I'm at work. Glee: I could have danced all night from the latest Glee episode. Emma singing really blew me away, is that really HER? She sounds like a Disney princess! I wish they had a longer version available on itunes, this is just a tv rip. AFI: Medicate I really, really want to like the new album and single, but I just can't. It's so trendy/clean/safe. This isn't the raw vocals that I'm use to hearing from Havok. I finally saw the video today and even that couldn't win me over. But here is the new single if you want to give it a try. Meh. Maybe it'd grow on me. Lady Gaga: Bad Romance She's done it again. I really wanted to wait and avoid but I couldn't. It's oh-so-good. Such a hit. My girl is doing me proud, just download it, a winner track for sure. BSB: Straight through my heart Eep! Totally in love with the new album, imagine BSB-top-notch-vocals with a eurobeat. Some people are saying this is a little slow, but I l.o.v.e it. LOVE it. So good! N'Sync, who? Allison Iraheta: Friday I'll be over U Uh.. Any song that has "u" in it, I just can't take seriously. I had high hopes for this chick, but I'll pass. This is like a poor man's Tisdale! Basically I'm putting this up here in hopes for someone giving me the new Lambert track. Daughtry: Pokerface Cover I collect pokerface covers, this one is amusing. | |

| I have the weekend off, TWO DAYS OFF. OMG, try not to sleep too much. The plan is: #1. Hair cut and color. Coloring it black again, totally getting new fringe. Mine have been grown out and sloppy since May-ish. You think I have shame? I take care of my roots asap, but not my fringe, I just let it get all messy and shot to hell. I pray I don't get a shitty cut. #2. Look for a jacket and some shoes, but don't spent too much. I want to blow all my $$$ in SF next week. I hope my car is ok, the engine light is on and off and giving me hell. One day it runs jerky and the next it's perfect. So close to hitting the 200 thousand mark. (In FIVE years, no less.) #3. Catch up on evvvvvverything. No really, I have avoided people, not returned calls, I should swing by the other departments to say hello, return some emails, watch all the kevin rose stuff he's in this month, pay some of my bills and just do the little things. I also want to give my dog a good bath, I did trim his hair a bit today. But I really want to sit and soak him. #4. SNEAK in a viewing of Paranormal Activity, Stepfather and go to Gyro's. Some spam of the cutest thing I have seen in ages. WHAT IS MY LIFE? Why it's A++ right now. ( Read more... ) | |

| I love days off, I really do. Was able to sleep in (until 8AM!!!!), play an hour on Wii fit, watch six episodes of GLEE and finally update my playlist. PLUS it's raining! How exciting, I love rain, I love this kind of weather. I want to buy decent boots and tuck my pants and walk around in the puddles. I ordered a ton of Zombie dvds off ebay and I hope they come in soon because I want to crash on the sofa and watch as many as I can stomach. About Wii fit, what is everyone's favorite thing to do on the game? I'm addicted to the hula hoop move. Do 15 mins of it straight and your legs burn. BURN. I'm not a fan of any of the balance games, they bore me. I love free run but there is really no point in that, you can cheat easily. The yoga stuff kicks my ass, I'm not use to do anything like that. No wonder people who do yoga are toned! It is hard! I like the little Mario's that are hidden on the running tracks. How cute! I made a mii of my dog so he can get weighted and he weights a little less than 17. SO FAT. But my sister's cat is far worst, he weights in around 23! OMG. Oh, I uploaded 22 tracks from GLEE, if anyone wants them: hxxp://www.sendspace.com/file/3t4ki6 Some photos of the last couple of weeks. Welcome to my life. ( Read more... ) | |

| Been watching a ton of lives on youtube and finally ordered the Space Within US tour dvd of Macca and the audio on youtube sounds so good, I had to hunt for a dvd rip and someone provided it with me, so I MUST SHARE. GOOD RIP. Macca does a TON of Beatle tunes. I wish he did more of the Flaming Pie-era. THAT ALBUM IS SO SOLID AND GOOD. So tour audio for you: Sendspace: hxxp://www.sendspace.com/file/6fl7ru Paul McCartney - The Space Within US (tour 2005 dvd audio rip) Motown Sings the Beatles (lolz, this collection is EPIC.) Sendspace: hxxp://www.sendspace.com/file/e4ypra (The above is a silly album that I had on my ipod for a while. So many motown voices covers Beatle tunes. SERIOUSLY the Supremes cover 'Come Together' AHAHAHA) ^_^ OCT TOMORROW! Really looking forward to this month, SO MUCH to do. Overnight Casino trip (two of them actually!), the Cobra Starship concert, Disney on Ice, Gyros haunt, the American Idiot musical and the Halloween party (my friends birthday is actually on the 31st..) I put in my measurements and photos for my outfit, I hope it works out, it will be epic. Back to work, laters. | |

| OMG. Who would have thought 4chan knows their stuff. I saw this AND DIED.I have been obsessed with roll on's. You know the perfume to carry in your purse? The rolls on are just so nice and so easy to carry around. I bought Stella McCartney's, Marc's Daisy and a Juicy one but I really, really, really want Kenzo's FLOWER which is sold out at the two Sephora's I went to. I WANT. That scent is my favorite. I should order it on but I'm lazy, I use my CC too much. I will never pay this thing off. No matter how much I pay off, I almost end up using it out of laziness and treating too many people. I went to the bookstore yesterday and met a nice lady who liked MJ and the Beatles, she was much older but we talking about the stereo mixes and how certain songs aren't listenable anymore! Some of the white album is a bit hard on the ears when you listen to it with headphones. Like While my Guitar Gently weeps sounds crazy-loud with headphones! Wild Honey Pie I have to skip. We talked of MJ and how her husband is over the glorification (and it's true, it's a bit much now. I love MJ with all my heart but really now..) It's a shame it took his death for people to take a step back and realize his talent. How many legends we really have left? I mean we have Macca, but the guy is turning 69 (68?) next year? DAMN. Might as well make it 70. I told my sister no matter what, we are flying out if he tours again, the setlist for the few shows he did this year was crazy-good. CRAZY GOOD. CRAZY-GOOD. Sadness at work, I was really close with one of the residents' wife who use to come down and visit her husband every now and then, she was cool, she had an awesome dog who looked like mine and I would always vent to her about my dog and when he hurt himself she was the first person I went to, to ask what I should do. For an old white lady (and I mention the race because most of the White ladies at my work take forever to warm up to me, or are always cautious because of my hair, tattoos or age.) she really liked me right away, never judged me or my dog and we were cool. But she fell the other night at home and died that morning. SHOCKED BEYOND BELIEF. I wasn't at work but my friend told me, the whole crew went it to tell the husband who flipped out and I know he is going to shut down and refuse all meals. It's going to be tough, but I tip my hat to Mrs. Grey. Classy lady. A photo of my dog half way on the sofa. Awwwww~ Some more albums if you want it. I guess I'll pick fanfic. One of the first fandoms I remember reading about was BSB. (I know. But really, pop fanfic was all over the net back in the day!!) One of the fanfics that really stood out and that is still up on the net (most were posted on geocities and geocities is pretty much gone.) is " In name Only a BSB fanfic that is #1 het and #2 Howie-related. I know, crazzzzzzzy. It's also 101 chapters. @#O$*#UOI$U! WOW. Re-reading it I cringe that I liked this stuff, but some of it is funny. Also, some stuff to dload if you want.. | It's been a few days. I should do a post. Have been listing to All American Rejects lately. Their newest album When the World Comes Down is really good and since I haven't uploaded anything in a while, I figure I should throw it up. I would like to see them live, I've seen them twice but only as opening/supporting acts but seeing them as headliners would be nice. Sendspace / 80MB / change the xx to tt. Green Day has a new ad on TV filled with references. It's a super cute commerical and I finally saw it on tv today, TWICE. OMG. I totally love the giant '80' ( Awwwww.) and the Jesus with the lawnmower, the mudkids, the Rodeo poster, there are TONS of references, but the giant '80' is the best. Awwww. 7 DAYS! It has leaked, there are links out there but I'll wait. I have it preordered on itunes and I plan on buying two copies that morning (One to ship out to someone special) and the other to get the bonus cd. But 7 DAYS. I sadly have to work that day, so I'll be busy and the day might be endless but it'd be worth it. Still haven't heard a clean ver. of Viva la Gloria, figure I'd wait till I have it in my hands and with headphones on. LOLZ. Seriously business, guys! Saw the Wolverine movie last week and the Star Trek movie the other day. Wolverine was fail, but it did have young!scott and (sadly) young!emma, but they did have a moment and I'll take that! I did like the opening credits, it was the best part of the movie for me. Reminded me of Watchmen where they tried to fit in as much history as they could in such a short time. Star Trek was spot on, perfection. I've only read the novels, never watched the series, but the movie was so much fun. My favorites was Bones and Chekov. So glad there was no Shatner cameo, ew. Haaaaaaaaaaaate him. Nimoy however is a class act and I'll welcome any cameo from him. Mother's Day is coming up. O_O. I work that day, but my parents said they'll wait for me to show up later that night and we'll go out. It'd be busy at work, when people feel guilty they show up at the Nursing home. People feel most guilty on Mother's Day, X-Mas eve and (oddly enough) Halloween. I say this, not being bitter, but stating fact. If you have a loved one in a facility or in the hospital, go say hello. Even if it's just for a few minutes. Whenever I have to stay for long periods of time in the hospital for a procedure the only person to ever really make an effort to stay with me or visit when I have one of my many visits to the lab, xray, mri or all that junk is Gwendy and that is already awkward enough, because I should love her as much as she loves me, but I don't swing that way. Um.. Time for a pic spam? ( Read more... )Next week on Wednesday is MY presale day for Green Day tickets! I WORK THAT DAY! (doom!) I need to figure out a way to sneak out and run home, but it'd be hard because we are throwing a big party that day and that means the boss will be walking around being actually involved. Speaking of the boss, we had a nice sit down chat about my diagnosis and what it means for the future. I figure she had a right to know, since she has been so accommodating. She's a good lady, she don't judge. I'm glad I was nice to her since day one when she first started as a traveler rn. One day, YEARS ago, like maybe four years ago, I was rushing with some charts ending up swinging them right on her forehead knocking her to the ground. She cried for a bit, got up and walked away like nothing happen. Good lady, just too quiet for my liking. You really have to force words out of her. ETA: Jackie Beat is coming to SF at the end of the year! I'm there! | |

| So who is on twitter? I use it often since I never have time to really post on LJ anymore. You all should leave your or message me your twitter names and I can add you. ^_^ Health-wise, I feel decent. I avoid pain meds like nothing else, so I finally started taking some and it gives the false sense of stability. I was put on modified duty which has our scheduling lady annoyed since in our workplace modified duty is for the pregnant and workman's comp. people. She'll get over it. My residents fuss over me and it's dreadful and makes me feel guilty. They all swear up and down and I can share a room with them and get the window bed. I love my residents but just thinking about the doom and gloom of being put in a home is horrible. It's no where near that bad, but then the residents see you limp around it gets all these crazy ideas in their head; this is again, why I'm taking the pain meds. Dignity issues, yo. I see a specialist later in the month. After this, I may not bring it up again in lj. Again, dignity issues. I realize again, when you have something wrong with you, people do three things: alienated you, baby you and do the whole "but you're so YOUNG" spill. Very annoying. So I spend my days working (almost every day, wow.) Playing the Wii or at least attempting to; Everyone is annoyed at my lack of coordination with the wii remote and watching Sailor Moon. My sister and I will attempt to watch it, since I'm not big on sitting on one place for a long period of time and I loathe the TV, we can get to four episodes before I have to call it quits and run off to do something else. After that, I've been dying to get her into Urusei Yatsura, it's my dream to watch the whole run all over again. I've only seen the series in full, once. There isn't THAT many episodes but the whole split-episode format they have makes the series seem SO much longer. But I love that series, I can quote an unhealthy amount of it. I never cared for the OAVs, I found them horribly animated and it just didn't seem the same. The slapstick wasn't there. We did make it somehow to see the Jonas movie in SF, and the theater was suppppppppper nice with leather seats. I had no idea there was a theater in the Westfield when the super nice Imax is easily across the street. There was no time to actually shop which sucked, because I hate to rush and I was dying to pop into H&M. The theater was packed with mom and girls who screamed and screamed and screamed for such weird stuff. There was MUCH Kevin in the film and there was so many moments I can already pin point all the gif's that are going to be made into it! The setlist was meh, no Lovebug in the film but Pushing me Away was so much better than I recalled live. Wowowow. Demi was meh, but I liked Taylor's bits. I really want the live audio, I'm surprised it hasn't leaked yet. Otherwise, that's it. Here's some stuff I uploaded the other day, there is alot of people requesting video game music on the music communities, with Galbadia Hotel gone where does one get their fix? I've been slowly rar-ing my music and uploading bits and pieces if there is a request. Dance Dance Revolution: Mario Mix OST Size: 40 MB DL Link: http://www.sendspace.com/file/6pr9zmSuper Smash Bros. Melee Disc 1 Size: 80 MB DL Link: http://www.sendspace.com/file/gk0gp5Been talking about this for the last few days, I didn't think she'd do a video that could top the pokerface video, but she did. | |
